Union Bank & Trust offers a dental plan that provides preventive, basic, major, and orthodontic services to associates and their spouse/dependents. You can visit any dentist; however, you will maximize your savings by choosing a dentist in network. If you use a provider out of network, the plan will reimburse you for services within reasonable and customary rates.

If you choose not to enroll when initially eligible, your first year of coverage will include coverage for only preventive services. Spouses and dependent children under age 26 are eligible for coverage. Be sure to enroll children on their second birthday to ensure full coverage and avoid limitations during their first year of enrollment.
