UBT’s short-term disability salary continuation policy offers pay to associates while they are recovering from extended illnesses and injuries. After a two-week waiting period, UBT will begin paying a portion of your base monthly salary if you are injured or ill (including maternity) and unable to work for an extended period of time. Associates receive 100% of lost income for four weeks and 60% for an additional 20 weeks. Officer-level associates receive 100% of lost income for a full 24 weeks. You are automatically eligible for this program beginning the first of the month, following one full month of continuous service greater than 30 hours per week.
The perks of working at UBT don’t end with insurance. From tuition reimbursements to 401(k) contributions to generous time off, there’s a lot to love about working here.
