Associates of UBT, Union Title, and affiliate companies are eligible to enroll the first of the month following one calendar month of service. Eligible dependents include spouses, dependent children under age 26, and disabled adult children who were disabled prior to age 24.

HSA Starter Contribution
Jump-start your health savings each year
Start each year on the right foot with a starter contribution to your health savings account! UBT and affiliate medical plan participants will receive starter contributions to their HSA on the first pay date in January. You’ll receive $1,000 if you’re enrolled in individual medical coverage or $2,000 if you have family coverage. Contributions can only be made after you have set up an HSA, and new participants eligible to enroll after January 1 will receive a prorated HSA starter contribution. It’s just another way UBT is invested in your health.
