Fund transfers made easy through UBTgo
Making a funds transfer through UBTgo has never been slicker, but we want to make sure you have the instructions you need to complete the steps for any kind of funds transfer imaginable, whether it’s between multiple UBT accounts or between multiple financial institutions.
Create/Edit a Transfer to/from another Financial Institution
UBTgo allows you the ability to set up transfers with another Financial Institution via our BillPay service. Once your transfer accounts are set up, you will be able to transfer funds back and forth with ease, giving you access to your money whenever you need it.
Setting up your BillPay and adding a transfer account:
To get started transferring funds with another Financial Institution, you will first need to set up your BillPay access within UBTgo. This is best completed using your phone or computer’s web browser.
- Log into UBTgo via your phone or computer’s web browser, click on Payments, and follow the on-screen prompts to finish setting up your BillPay access. You can learn more about the capabilities of BillPay here.
- Once you have accessed the BillPay module, click on Transfer Money. You will see a section titled “Transfer Money with Other Financial Institutions.” Click on Add an Account and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the account verification process. The initial set up typically takes 1-3 days. Hint: you will need to know your account and routing number for your other Financial Institution to complete this step.
- Now that your account with another Financial Institution has been added and verified in your BillPay account, you can set up transfers to and from that account using both a web browser or the UBTgo app. Transfers can be set up on a one-time or recurring basis.
