Don’t need glasses or contact lenses? There are other reasons to visit an eye doctor. Eye exams can be the window to other health conditions before symptoms appear, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and glaucoma.
Most medical insurance plans, including UBT’s health plan, will cover an annual routine eye exam at no cost to you. Just give your health insurance ID card to your vision provider to submit the claim on your behalf.
Spouses and dependent children under age 26 are eligible for coverage.
