Her story involves obstacles overcome, lessons learned, and a level of expertise that’s been honed through real-world experience. And she uses that same story to empower others through workshops in her community.

Meet Nathan

Farm & family

Farmers trust someone who’s been in their boots — and Nathan is always ready to lend a helping hand. His family started farming in central Nebraska in the early 1900s. Generations later, he lives near his family farm near Columbus, Nebraska. As Vice President in our Ag Lending area, Nathan helps area farmers make the most of their operations and finances, and helps them with personal banking, too.

Chase & Anne: "Bank Grandson"

"Your money has people" is more than a slogan about customer service; it's about safety too. When Chase's long-time customer Anne made some out-of-character requests, he quickly shut down a fraud attempt and saved Anne from losing a dime. Anne used to call Chase when she needed banking help. Now she calls him her "bank grandson."
