Ashley Lundgren is UBT's Mortgage Loan Assistant for the mortgage team in Omaha, ensuring the loan process goes smoothly and efficiently for homebuyers thanks to her 8-plus years of mortgage loan processing experience. A native of Columbus, Nebraska, Ashley earned her liberal arts degree from Hawkeye Community College following her graduation from Columbus Catholic High School.

Outside of work, Ashley and her husband live on an acreage outside of Red Oak, Iowa, with their son, two dogs, and some cats and chickens. Another baby will join live at the acreage in Summer 2025. Ashley is involved with the Rotary in Montgomery County and enjoys helping the in-laws during planting season and harvest.
