With more than five years of experience in consumer and business lending, Rosa Valle-Lopez is passionate about helping families build their dream house as a Jr. Residential Construction Lender. Starting as a consumer loan underwriter and business support specialist with a national bank, she believes that experience helps her provide customized solutions and excellent service to UBT customers.

A graduate of Iowa Western Community College, Rosa loves helping out in the community and never passes up an opportunity to give back through volunteerism — particularly when it comes to volunteer gigs involving animals. Born in Nevada but raised in the Omaha area, Rosa is a fan of Nebraska. Rosa explains, "I don't think 'Nebraska Nice' and 'The Good Life' are just slogans — but really how Nebraskans feel!"
