Dave Vrbas is no stranger to the small business world — or UBT, for that matter. He founded his own business, Lucky Larry's Dog Treats, in summer 2019 — the same year he joined the bank as a coordinator. Working first in employee benefits departments Omnify and Retirement Plan Services, he most recently spent three-plus years as a Copywriter in Marketing.

Dave's favorite aspect of the small business world is seeing each business experience their own evolution as they work out the finer details. As a small business owner himself, he understands the grind — long days, late nights, early mornings, and all the little decisions that make a big difference along the way.  As a Small Business Banking Officer, he hopes to make banking and finance decisions easier for small business owners (and prospective owners) by taking a personalized big-picture approach to finding the right mix of products and services. 

Outside of UBT, Dave is a father of three, avid community volunteer, Sunday Farmers Market at College View and vendor show staple, member of First-Plymouth Congregational Church, and has served on the board of Abendmusik and as a TeamMates mentor.
